Sales Tax: 

If your order is shipped to Arizona, 7.3% sales tax will be charged. Orders shipped outside of Arizona are not subject to Arizona sales tax.

Returns:

• Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or your return will not be accepted.
• Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receiving it. We only ask that all items be returned in their original condition and without any alterations. Any items not meeting this criterion will not be eligible for a refund.
• Non defective returns or buyer remorse will be refunded the purchase price excluding any shipping charges and minus a 20% restock fee. 

Payment Options:

I accept Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Money Orders and Personal Checks

• Credit/Debit Card: Use our Paypal payment processor. A PayPal account is NOT required. Simply Select the PayPal payment option and enter in your credit/debit card information without logging into PayPal.
• PayPal: If you do not have a PayPal account and want one click HERE it is secure and FREE for buyers.
• Money order: Expect next business day shipping after receipt of the money order.
• Personal check: Order is held 10 business days to allow check to clear your bank. If your check is returned from your bank for any reason a $35 returned check fee will be charged and must be paid before your order is shipped.
• International customers: Checks/Money orders must be drawn on a US bank in US dollars.

Shipping and Store Pick Up Options:

• Orders with multiple items may ship from different locations, and may ship separately.
• USPS First Class Mail Package shipping is FREE to the US and its Territories (excluding Magnet Display frames). You may choose to pay for faster shipping or if you prefer a different shipping method, please contact me for pricing.
• If you live within a 20 mile radius of Shadows Treasure Trunk you will be allowed to purchase eggs for store pick up.
• Customers living within a 20 mile radius of Shadows Treasure Trunk will be offered the opportunity for "Store Pick Up". If shipping is desired simply select your preferred shipping method.
• International customers are responsible for paying any fees their country may charge. We will ship your product(s) to you using USPS First Class mail International package.
